Peanut Butter & Banana Pitas: A Quick & Healthy Snack

 
INGREDIENTS

1 package (8 ounces) small pita bread rounds, cut crosswise into halves 16 teaspoons reduced-fat peanut butter 16 teaspoons strawberry fruit spread 1 large banana, peeled and thinly sliced (about 48 slices)

PREPARATION:

  1. Spread inside of each pita half with 1 teaspoon each peanut butter and spreadable fruit.
  2. Fill pita halves evenly with banana slices. Serve immediately.
