PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Melt butter in Dutch oven or large skillet over low heat. Add bread cubes and toss to coat; remove from heat. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle over bread cubes; stir well.
- Spread bread cubes in one layer on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until bread is golden and fragrant, stirring once or twice. Serve warm or at room temperature.
