cocktail-size smoked sausages

to 20 cherry or grape tomatoes

to 20 large pimiento-stuffed green olives

yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
1/4
cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
Lemon juice (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Thread 3 sausages onto 8-inch wooden skewer,* alternating with tomatoes, olives and bell peppers. Repeat on remaining nine skewers.
*Soak skewers in water 20 minutes before using to prevent them from burning.
- Place skewers on rack in shallow baking pan. Brush with melted butter and drizzle with lemon juice, if desired. Bake 4 to 6 minutes until hot.
On-the-Go Guide
For younger children, remove food from skewers and serve in a paper cup or bowl. It's still portable, but much safer.
