Homemade Spice Paste Recipe: A Flavorful Blend

 

INGREDIENTS

6 cloves garlic, peeled 1 teaspoon coarse salt 2 teaspoons sweet paprika 1‑1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1 tablespoon olive oil

PREPARATION:

  1. Process garlic and salt in blender or small food processor until garlic is finely chopped. Add remaining seasonings. Process 15 seconds. While blender is running, pour oil through cover opening; process until mixture forms paste.
