1 can (about 15 ounces) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro 2 teaspoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
