INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths 1 to 2 hot green chili peppers,* seeded and coarsely chopped 2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger 2 cloves garlic, peeled 1 cup packed cilantro leaves 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 tablespoons lime juice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin *Chili peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.PREPARATION:
- Drop green onions, chilies, ginger and garlic through feed tube of food processor with motor running. Stop machine and add cilantro, oil, lime juice, salt, sugar and cumin; process until cilantro is finely chopped.
