1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3 tablespoons orange juice 2‑1/2 tablespoons lime juice 2 tablespoons honey mustard 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 large green onion including tops, thinly sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon dried basil 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1/4 teaspoon saltPREPARATION:
