Homemade Apricot Butter Recipe: Easy & Delicious

 
INGREDIENTS

1 cup dried apricots (5 ounces) 1 cup unsweetened apple juice

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine apricots and juice in small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  2. Pour mixture into blender or food processor; process until smooth. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate in airtight container or jar with tight fitting lid up to 3 months.
