tablespoons no-sugar-added apricot fruit spread

tablespoons chopped fresh apricots (pits removed)

lettuce leaves
PREPARATION:
- Drain cooked chicken; chop well. Mix with apricot spread and chopped fruit.
- Top bread with lettuce leaves. Divide chicken mixture evenly among bread slices; slice in half, folding over to make half-sandwich. Slice each half again to make 2 wedges. Serve immediately.
