cup (1 ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella or reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese

cup packaged coleslaw mix or shredded lettuce

medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced (optional)

tablespoons fat-free Italian salad dressing
PREPARATION:
- Top each of two bottom halves of rolls with 2 tomato slices, 7 pepperoni slices, half of turkey, 2 tablespoons cheese, 1/2 cup coleslaw mix and half of bell pepper slices, if desired. Drizzle with salad dressing. Top with roll tops. Cut into halves, if desired.
