PREPARATION:
- In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and pesto; mix well.
- Add vegetables; toss to coat.
- Wrap two pita breads in paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 30 seconds or just until warm. Repeat with remaining pita breads. Top half of each pita bread with 1 lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese and 1/4 of vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with tomato. Fold other half of pita bread over vegetables.
