Geography of Bountiful
Bountiful, Utah, a northern suburb of Salt Lake City, in Davis County. It lies in north-central Utah between the Great Salt Lake and the Wasatch Range and is primarily a residential city. Bountiful was settled in 1847 shortly after the founding of Salt Lake City, the first Mormon settlement in the state. It was incorporated as a town in 1855 and as a city in 1890.
