Yazoo's Georgia Peach Crown Roast Pork Recipe - Delicious & Easy

 
INGREDIENTS

Crown roast pork Marinade Peach Nectar Apple Juice Chicken Stock Seasoning and herbs Yazoo's BBQ Rub Salt Sugar Turbinado sugar Brown sugar Garlic Chili powder Ground mustard

PREPARATION:

  1. Remove fat and silver skin. French bones.
  2. Marinate and chill for four hours.
  3. Apply thick coat of rub, chill another 2 hours.
  4. Place in smoker at 250 degrees for 2.5 hours, or until internal temp is 150.
  5. Glaze with chipotle sauce and peach glaze.
