INGREDIENTS

MARINADE apple juice garlic chili pepper black pepper salt cumin paprika SAUCE apple jelly ketchup crushed chilies black pepper garlic apple cider vinegar honey frog legs

PREPARATION:

  1. Separate legs, French lower bone into lollipop shape.
  2. Marinate for 25-30 minutes; chicken & turkey for 3 hours. Coat duck with seasoning.
  3. Grill over medium heat 25 minutes.
  4. Glaze with sauce in last five minute.
