INGREDIENTS
russet potatoes
grated apple
chopped sauerkraut
toasted caraway seeds
grated onion
minced garlic
flour
eggs
salt and pepper
SAUCE
smoked sour cream
horseradish
roasted red pepper sauce
PREPARATION:
- Mix ingredients together. Let sit for 1/2 hour.
- Spoon into dollops onto griddle. Fry until brown and then flip.
- Place on grill to add crispiness. Cover in sauce.
