package (4 ounces) Neufchâtel cheese, softened
1/4
cup strawberry or other flavor spreadable fruit or preserves

medium banana, peeled and chopped
PREPARATION:
- Spread each tortilla with 1 ounce Neufchatel cheese and 1 tablespoon spreadable fruit; top with 1/4 of banana.
- Roll up tortillas; cut crosswise into thirds.
Tip
Substitute your favorite chopped fruit for banana.
Cinnamon-Spice Treats
Omit spreadable fruit and banana. Mix small amounts of sugar, ground cinnamon and nutmeg to taste into Neufchâtel cheese; spread evenly onto tortillas. Sprinkle lightly with desired amount of chopped pecans or walnuts. Top with chopped fruit, if desired; roll up. Cut crosswise into thirds. Makes 4 servings
