bag (10 ounces) mixed salad greens

ripe pears, cored and thinly sliced

cup (4 ounces) finely shredded Swiss cheese

cup pecans, toasted
Pomegranate seeds (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, oil, onion, pepper and salt in small bowl. Blend well and set aside.
- Arrange greens evenly on four plates. Place pear slices around edges of plates. Sprinkle cheese and pecans over greens. Drizzle dressing evenly over salads. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, if desired.
