Colin & Jacobs: Easy Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes with Bacon & Mayo

 
INGREDIENTS

2 pints baby stuffed tomatoes 16 ounces crispy bacon 1/2 cup mayonnaise

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the top off of each tomato and scoop out the seeds and pulp.
  2. Mix the bacon, mayonnaise, and any other ingredients you choose in a bowl.
  3. Stuff the baby tomatoes with the bacon and mayonnaise filling from the bowl.
  4. Chill in the fridge for an hour for enhanced flavor.
