Classic Cobb Salad Recipe: A Fresh & Flavorful Delight

 
INGREDIENTS

1 package (10 ounces) torn mixed salad greens or 8 cups torn romaine lettuce 6 ounces deli chicken, turkey or smoked turkey breast, cut 1/4 inch thick 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped 1/3 cup bacon bits or crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled 1 large ripe avocado, peeled and diced 1/3 cup prepared blue cheese or Caesar salad dressing

PREPARATION:

  1. Place lettuce in salad bowl. Dice chicken; place in center of lettuce. Arrange tomato, bacon and avocado in rows on either side of chicken.
  2. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
