or 8 cups torn romaine lettuce

ounces deli chicken, turkey or smoked turkey breast, cut 1/4 inch thick

large tomato, seeded and chopped
1/3
cup bacon bits or crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled

large ripe avocado, peeled and diced
1/3
cup prepared blue cheese or Caesar salad dressing
PREPARATION:
- Place lettuce in salad bowl. Dice chicken; place in center of lettuce. Arrange tomato, bacon and avocado in rows on either side of chicken.
- Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with warm French or Italian rolls.
