INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise 2 tablespoons orange marmalade or orange fruit spread 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 teaspoon sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 pound boneless chicken breast stripsPREPARATION:
- Preheat grill. Combine mayonnaise and orange marmalade in small bowl; set aside.
- Combine lime juice, sugar, salt, ginger, garlic salt, black pepper and red pepper in shallow bowl. Roll chicken strips in seasoning mixture. Set aside 5 minutes to absorb seasonings.
- Place chicken strips in grill basket over hot grid. Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through. Serve chicken strips with orange dip.
