cups fat-free mandarin orange or vanilla yogurt

can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained and chopped

can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1
medium banana, sliced
2
tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted
PREPARATION:
- Combine yogurt and orange segments in medium bowl.
- Spoon half of yogurt mixture into 4 parfait or wine glasses. Top with pineapple. Spoon remaining half of yogurt mixture over pineapple. Top with banana slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
