Lake Zurich

Zürich, Lake (German: Zürichsee), a lake in northern Switzerland. It is 25 miles (40 km) long (northwest to southeast) and as much as 3 miles (5 km) wide. The Linth River flows in at the south; the Limmat River flows out at the north. Switzerland's largest city, Zürich, is at the lake's northern end.
