Shad Kirton's BBQ Roasted Corn & Andouille Stuffing Recipe
INGREDIENTS CORN STUFFING roasted corn green and red pepper red onion andouille sausage cornbread eggs spicy BBQ rub
PREPARATION:
Roast corn for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
Remove husks, cut corn from cobs.
Saute peppers & onions over high heat until caramelized.
Mix ingredients together.
