PREPARATION:
- Cut off leg and thigh, split breast. Apply squeeze butter and place in smoker on a pan.
- Cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Rotate every 10 minutes. Spray with apple juice to keep moist.
- Take chicken out of pan at last 20 minutes. Put on top shelf of grill to sear chicken and toughen skin up.
- Dip chicken in glaze for uniform coating. Cook another 10 minutes.
