Crown roast pork Injection Mystery injection Rub Triple mustard slather Myron Mixons' rub Stuffing Corn bread Pablano peppers Au Jus Hamhock Bacon Thyme Onions Lemons

PREPARATION:

  1. Trim away fat, connected tissue and silver skin.
  2. Inject then tie roast together in a circle.
  3. Apply triple mustard slather followed by lightly seasoning with rub.
  4. Cook hot and fast at 450 degrees for 2 hours until internal temp is 155 degrees.
