cup sugar

cup apple cider vinegar

cup canola oil

Teaspoon coarse sea salt

coarse black pepper
PREPARATION:
- Mix ingredients in pan until sugar has dissolved.
- Add vegetables and toss until evenly coated. Add water if necessary.
- Refrigerate until cold.
