While I understand that the use of cornbread mix isn't impressive, this is one of the few times I will tell you to use such an ingredient. This recipe needs it and it makes the end product da-lish! Make sure that all your dairy is local or organic for this one as well. The cornbread is so soft that it's almost like a spoon bread.
INGREDIENTS
1 box organic cornbread mix 1 cup organic sour cream 1/2 stick local butter 1 tbsp canola oil 3 local eggsPREPARATION:

- Bake at 325 degrees until brown on top, about 45 minutes.
