cup creamy peanut butter

(7-inch) whole wheat or spinach tortillas

cup finely chopped apple

cup shredded carrot

cup low-fat granola without raisins

tablespoon toasted wheat germ
PREPARATION:
Spread peanut butter on one side of each tortilla. Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with apple, carrot, granola and wheat germ. Roll up tightly; cut in half. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
