Healthy Peanut Butter & Apple Tortilla Wraps - Quick Snack Recipe

 
INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 4 (7-inch) whole wheat or spinach tortillas 3/4 cup finely chopped apple 1/3 cup shredded carrot 1/3 cup low-fat granola without raisins 1 tablespoon toasted wheat germ

PREPARATION:

  1. Spread peanut butter on one side of each tortilla. Sprinkle each tortilla evenly with apple, carrot, granola and wheat germ. Roll up tightly; cut in half. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
