Yogurt Dressing (recipe)

cups cubed cooked chicken

cup cantaloupe balls

cup honeydew melon cubes
1/2
cup chopped celery
1/3
cup cashews
1/4
cup sliced green onions
Lettuce leaves
PREPARATION:
- Prepare Yogurt Dressing; set aside. Combine chicken, melon balls, celery, cashews and onions in large bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve on bed of lettuce.
