INGREDIENTS
1 pound raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning mix 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes 2 tablespoons diet margarine 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basilPREPARATION:
- Place a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot. Coat skillet with cooking spray. Add shrimp, garlic, lemon rind, seafood seasoning and red pepper flakes. Cook 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque in center, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; add remaining ingredients. Serve in individual baking dishes or ramekins.
