2 pounds ground turkey 1 cup chopped onion 2/3 cup Italian-style seasoned dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 cup chili sauce 2 eggs, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons horseradish mustard 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Salsa (optional)PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Make foil handles for loaf using technique described below. Mix all ingredients except salsa in large bowl. Shape into round loaf; place on foil strips. Transfer to bottom of slow cooker using foil handles.
- Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove loaf from slow cooker using foil handles. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges and top with salsa, if desired.
