INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon instant espresso powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup heavy cream 1‑1/2 cups low-carb vanilla ice cream

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients in large blender container. Blend on high speed until smooth, pulsing as necessary to combine. Pour into 3 tall glasses and serve immediately.
