INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1‑1/2 cups ketchup 1 cup red currant jelly 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 teaspoon each ground red and black peppersPREPARATION:
- Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until softened. Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 minutes, stirring often.
