Refreshing Fruit Salsa Recipe - Easy & Healthy

 

YIELD Makes 12 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 small ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced 1 firm small banana, diced 2 green onions, minced 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or mint 3 tablespoons lime juice 2 jalapeño peppers,* seeded and minced *Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve at room temperature.
