3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chipsPREPARATION:
- Melt chocolate chips in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Spread chocolate on cold baking sheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes. Slip tip of straight-sided metal spatula under chocolate. Push spatula firmly along baking sheet, so chocolate curls as it is pushed up. Place curls on waxed paper.
