water
turkey base
apple cider vinegar
onion powder
garlic powder
red pepper flakes
bacon
ham hock
GREENS
collard greens
mustard greens
Swiss chard
PREPARATION:
Tear the leaves off the stem of the greens.
Boil liquids and spices into a pot liquor, add greens.
Cook until greens are tender. Serve greens soaked in pot liquor.
