cups long-grain white rice

cup unsweetened coconut milk

tablespoons sugar

teaspoons grated fresh ginger
PREPARATION:
Bring water, rice, coconut milk, sugar and ginger to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff rice with fork.
