Quick & Easy Chicken Angel Hair Pasta - Simple Recipe

 
INGREDIENTS

1 package (12 ounces) angel hair pasta 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (12 ounces) 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cups baby carrots 2 cups broccoli florets 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules 1 jar (28 ounces) chunky-style pasta sauce 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Cut carrots in half lengthwise.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in carrots, broccoli, water and chicken bouillon. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Bring pasta sauce to a boil in medium saucepan over high heat. Place pasta on plates; top with hot pasta sauce and chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
