INGREDIENTS

cup peach preserves

tablespoons light corn syrup

teaspoon white vinegar

teaspoon ground ginger

teaspoon soy sauce
PREPARATION:
- Combine preserves, corn syrup, vinegar and ginger in small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture simmers. Remove from heat; add soy sauce. Let cool.
