Delicious broth simmered with meatballs, vegetables, white beans and pasta
INGREDIENTS
1 can (15 oz ea) small white beans, drained, rinsed 4 can (14.5 oz ea) beef broth 1 can (14.5 oz ea) Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes with Green Pepper, Celery & Onions, undrained 1/4 Cup Hunt's® Tomato Paste 1 pkg (16 oz each) frozen cooked meatballs 1 *serving Shredded Parmesan cheese, optional 1/2 Cup small shell pasta 1/4 Teaspoon salt 1/4 Teaspoon Italian seasoning 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper 1 bag (16 oz ea) frozen mixed vegetablesPREPARATION:
- Combine broth, vegetables, meatballs, beans, tomatoes with their liquid, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in large saucepan or Dutch oven.
- Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high; add pasta. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until pasta is tender. Garnish with cheese, if desired.
