INGREDIENTS
2 packages (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise 2 teaspoons dried minced onion (optional)PREPARATION:
- Combine broccoli, chicken broth, mayonnaise and onion, if desired in large saucepan. Simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender.
- Uncover; continue to simmer, stirring occasionally, until liquid has evaporated.
