tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice

tablespoon olive oil

teaspoon black pepper

teaspoon garlic powder

thin slices tomato

slices whole wheat bread
PREPARATION:
- Combine tuna, onion, mayonnaise, olives, mint, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, and garlic powder in large bowl.
- Top each of 4 slices bread with tomato slice. Spoon 2/3 cup tuna mixture over each tomato slice. Top with remaining bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
