INGREDIENTS
4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-1/2 lbs.) 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Margherita Smooth Pasta Sauce 1 1/2 cups seeded and quartered sweet and/or hot whole vinegar peppers (reserve 1 tablespoon pepper liquid)PREPARATION:
- Season pork, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown pork, turning once
- Stir in Ragu® Old World Style® Margherita Smooth Pasta Sauce, peppers and reserved liquid. Simmer covered 5 minutes or until pork is done
- Serve, if desired, with hot cooked fettuccine.
