PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll crust on pan; press to edges of pan. Bake about 6 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
- Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add onion; cook and stir over medium-high heat until tender.
- Add sausage and bell pepper to skillet. Cook and about 5 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust; top with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired. Top with cheese. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until pizza is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut pizza into 8 pieces to serve.
