Creamy Berry Tofu Smoothie - Healthy & Kid-Friendly Recipe

 
INGREDIENTS

2 cups frozen mixed berries 1 can (14 ounces) blackberries, with juice 1 cup almond milk or soy milk 1 cup apple juice 1/2 cup (4 ounces) soft tofu enriched with calcium

PREPARATION:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend on HIGH speed until smooth. Divide between 2 glasses; serve immediately.
