1‑1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 to 3 tablespoons light cream or milk 1 tablespoon butter, softened 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract 1 to 2 drops green food coloring 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 2 tablespoons butter or margarinePREPARATION:
- Blend powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons cream and the butter in small bowl until smooth. Add more cream, if necessary, to make spreading consistency. Blend in peppermint extract and enough green food coloring to make a pale mint-green color.
