INGREDIENTS
2 cups biscuit baking mix 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 6 fully cooked breakfast sausage links, thawed if frozen Maple syrup, warmedPREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Whisk baking mix, milk, egg and vanilla in medium bowl. Stir in blueberries. (Batter will be stiff.) Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Cut each sausage link into small pieces; sprinkle pieces over batter. Bake 22 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Cut into squares; serve with maple syrup.
