INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup canned whole cranberry sauce 1/4 cup apricot fruit spread 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger Crackers and cheesesPREPARATION:
- Combine cranberry sauce, fruit spread, sugar, vinegar and pepper flakes in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar has dissolved; do not boil. Transfer to bowl to cool completely. Stir in ginger.
- To serve, top crackers with cheese and a dollop of cranberry-apricot mixture.
