INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups grated 4-year cheddar 1 cup + a handful of minced dried California figs 1 1/2 cups non-fat plain yogurt salt and pepper as you like itPREPARATION:
To make the dip:
- Mix all the ingredients except the figs until your dip is well mixed. Then add in the minced dried figs.
- Place in a serving bowl and chill for a couple of hours.
- Take out of the fig about 1/2 hour before you’re going to put it out for your guests.
To serve:
- Sprinkle with minced figs.
