INGREDIENTS
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/2 pound smoked whitefish, skinned, boned and flaked 2 tablespoons minced green onion 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Rye bread halves Lime wedges, for garnish (optional)PREPARATION:
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add whitefish, green onion, dill, lemon juice and pepper; mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with rye bread slices and garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
